Insurance, Payment Options and Financing
- We accept most major insurance policies at The Brain and Spine Institute of North Houston. Here is a list of insurance carriers we accept:

- We also offer third-party financing options. Our friendly, helpful staff can assist you with questions about insurance or financing.

- Please bring your insurance card(s) with you to your appointment.
- Please bring payment with you for your co-pay and/or any amount that insurance will not cover.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact the office during our regular business hours and allow us 48-hour notice so that we may offer your appointment to patients on our waiting list.
Failure to give us a 48 hour notice will result in a “No Call – No Show” charge for your missed appointment.
After Hours Care
If you are an existing patient, and are experiencing pain, discomfort, neurological symptoms, or incision-related problems, please call our office and you will be connected with the on-call physician. In some cases, patients may be asked to report to the nearest emergency room.
Prescription Refills
Please allow 48 hours for prescription refills. Such requests are to be submitted by the pharmacy only.
